A. No Adevia is a permanent recruitment company. We assist healthcare professionals with finding permanent positions in the US and UK.
Q. As a candidate, do I have to pay to register with Adevia Health?
A. No, candidates pay us no fees. We are paid by the hospital or employer. There are some costs charged by the regulatory bodies in the USA and the UK and there may be some costs involved in the application process, for example, if you need certified English transcripts of your educational certificates. We will explain in detail what costs are necessary, when these will be paid, and by whom. Many USA costs will be reimbursed when you arrive in the USA. We try to make the whole process as clear as possible.

Q. Will Adevia be my employer &/or immigration sponsor?
A. No, Adevia will assist you with finding a US employer that is right for you and your family. This may be a direct hire with a hospital, nursing home or long term care facility or with an agency that will place you on a long-term assignment.
Q. What benefits will I receive?
A. Each of our employers offers different employment packages. All of our employers offer great salaries and benefits, tailored to meet the needs of our candidates. The packages tend to include: great salary; generous holidays, pension, immigration sponsorship, help with your move and settling in; NCLEX support and much more. Once you have been interviewed by Adevia, you will be matched up with US employers that meet your criteria. We will discuss the different offer packages and an Adevia representative will assist you with choosing the best offer for you.
Q. Does Adevia charge a fee?
A. No, there are no fees charged to the nurses. Adevia will assist you meeting all requirements, finding an employer and immigration sponsorship in the USA. There is no charge to the candidate.
Q. What will it cost to get the USA?
A. Candidates pay Adevia no fees. We are paid by the hospital or employer. Depending on your job offer, you will be required to pay some licensure / immigration fees. Your Adevia representative will discuss what costs are covered in your job offer and how much you will have to pay. We will explain in detail what costs are necessary, when these will be paid, and by whom. Many USA costs will be reimbursed when you arrive in the USA. We try to make the whole process as clear as possible.
